Communication with Mike the owner was excellent; he can be reached by phone, text or e-mail and was information exchange always clear, easy and prompt. The travel trailer was accurately described and its 20 ft length was an ideal size for our Grand Cherokee and to tow with ease and fit our family of four (two small children). Pick up and drop off was simple and quick and the damage deposit full refund released the following day.
